How do i relieve my breast from being sore with milk if im not breastfeed?? I came home with my 4 day old son yesterday nd now my breast are filled with milk..im going to make a wic appointment monday but well they lend me a pump so i can release the milk even tho i want to use formula or no??
You can always hand express it. Like farmers and cows. My ex mother in law used to do that when her children were little.
yes wic gives you a pump.. ive heard its a really good one too
Warm wash cloths worked for me! And Tylenol cause they have to dry up don't pump or they will keep making milk!
If you pump the milk it will continue to come and wont dry out... The best thing to do is ice packs
I don't think they will if tour not breastfeeding
