breastfeeding problem

I'm currently 32 weeks pregnant with baby #2. With my first child I had a very difficult time making enough milk for her and eventually gave up after 4 months. I was prescribed a medication that helped a bit, but as soon as the 7 days worth of pills were gone, so was my supply again. I have been looking into more natural supplements that help increase your milk supply so if it's a problem again I can try one and use it continuously if needed. Anyone used a supplement and had any luck?

You spelled right and it can work wonders. Search galactagogues. They are foods and herbs that naturally help increase your milk production. Oatmeal is a great one and you can make lactation cookies with oatmeal and brewers yeast. You should come check out the medhelp breastfeeding forum :)

Fenugreek but I doubt that's how it is spelled. It worked for my sister who had the same problem... its OTC and in with the vitamins
