breastfeeding question

I hope no one judges me for this question but here it is! Im going to breastfeed but there will come a time or two that my bf and i will eventually go out just the two of us and treat ourselves to a drink. how long do i wait until i can breastfeed again? Or do i have to dump that milk no matter what?

From what i have read it appears that you should give yourself around 2 hours per drink to let your bloodstream clear. It is a good idea to pump an extra bottle or so before you drink anything to have on hand while your body cleans itself.

You can pump and dump. There are also a trips you can put in your milk to measure your alcohol content.

I always  pump and dumped that way it keeps your milk coming in good

You may not have to pump and dump PvP enough for baby to have with sitter and then a little extra. Your milk well be clean once your blood stream is clean. But just like 1 glass of wine would even really hurt anything. Best advice ask your pediatrician :-)

I always pumped a dumped, though me going out like that was rare!
