How do you lose 45 lbs from just leaving the hospital? confused. Lol
I breastfeed. Not only does your baby completely benefit, but so do you! The weight falls right off. Add a light work out like walking and youll snap back. Plus you save money....formula I s expensive
I snapped right back into shape with breast feeding both my children and Im gonna breast feed again this time round all being well. Its a personal choice tho x
I breastfed my son till he was 15months old and I didn't loose anything but the initial 45 pounds right after leaving the hospital. Everybody is different.
I lost most of my weight breastfeeding but I was starving all the time. I ate more nursing than pregnant. I held on to the last 5 lbs until I weaned them but it definitely helps to shrink your uterus quickly.
I gained over 50lbs with my 1st lost only 12lbs from delivery an he was 8lbs 15ozs :/ but lost all but 5lbs pretty quickly bfing no dieting no exercise although I have a pretty labor intensive job I returned to after 12 weeks but gained back 20lbs when I weaned him. Bfing will burn up to around 600 calories a day just feeding lo I loved it!
I had the same question. This will be my first time breastfeeding and I hope that the weight comes off and more. I need to make life changes since I was already over weight I figure this will be beneficial not only for the baby but me as well.
I am on my third pregnancy this time twins n i breastfeed both of my previous pregnancy!! it is very beneficial to weight loss. I got back down to my normal size within 6 weeks!!!! even if baby dont latch still pump regularly!! Drink plenty of water n fruit n veggies n u will do jus fine!! now idk about the exercising i didnt do any n i still lost my baby weight!!! #goodluck
Breast feeding is actually the best and easiest way to lose weight it burns a lot of calories. I have the babies and breast feed 2/3 and last more weight with the 2 I breadtfeed. I wish I could have breast feed all of them But baby #2 was such a daddys girl she would not latch on unless her dad say there and held her so we had to put her on the bottle so he could feed her.
