Tell the nurses no visitors and they won't tell ur guest ur room number and tell them no visitors
I just let everyone know I want them to wait until we are out of the hospital to see baby. They were all understanding
I feel the same way. Maybe you can ask the medical staff to help you? Ask them to explain that the parents have requested no visitors for a few days to have some privacy and stress relief time.
Simple fix. Tell your nurse you don't want to be bothered. If that don't work then tell them to **** off when they do get there. I'm going to do that because i don't want to be bothered by anyone.
I don't want any visitors either. I just want it to be my husband, our baby, our four year old and myself until a couple days after we get home. All you have to do is tell the nurses you don't want any visitors and they wont allow anybody in to see you. I know it can be hard to tell family and friends yourself that you dont want any visitors (especially our moms lol) but you can also just tell them yourself if you want.
I feel the same way...i just feel like other than my immediate family other visitors can wait!
This is normal. With all the hormones running crazy I was so afraid of being alone that I was setting up days for people to come visit, but once I actually had her, I just wanted to be left alone. At one point I turned off the phone. I would make it known prior your wishes. That way people that aren't close family won't make a wasted trip.
That's weird cause I thought it was only me. Now I don't mind having visitors but not the day I give birth. I want to be left alone so I can regroup. I'm fur in 2 days
