broken pelvis?

Has anyone broken their pelvis during pregnancy? I broke mine in a car accident years ago and never had any problems with my first baby. This baby dropped at 28wks and my dr says he is almost certain this baby has broken it again. I'm scheduled for csection next week, which is a huge relief with the pain, but he said it could take 6-12wks to heal. Was wondering what other peoples experience was? Did it get better after delivery?

@ericaponder No I'm 35wks now, sorry! Lol. Im having a csection at 36wks due to complications.

@nonishy i was the same, broke it in 2003 but wasnt quite right. No problems with my son born lastvyear but this baby dropped early (and is a big baby in the 83rd percentile) and its made for a very uncomfortable pregnancy. I've had two physio therapaists look at it and they both have said there's not a lot they can do until after delivery.

I have broken mine before but not pregnancy or birth related. Mine has healed but healed wrong. It pops when i squat down or still hurts walking too much or up and down stairs.  Also i can move my leg around and it pops. And during alone time with my husband you can hear it pop.
It has been about 6 years since it broke. Now you have me thinking about mine when my baby drops or birth. I already have an 11yr old so, i had nothing to worry about their.
