Please someone tell me about how they had brown discharge at 7 weeks and still ended up with a healthy baby? The  thought of a miscarriage is driving me crazy! I'm so scared :-(

Drink lots and lots of water!!!I had that in the beginning and the doc said it was dehydration. I now will be 30 weeks on Thursday :-) and he is a healthy active little man in me.

Thank you so much ladies, exactly the words I needed. Spotting has stopped and I don't have any pain or cramps. I really need to stop panicking every two seconds!!! :-)

Brown is typically old blood. It can be from a number of things. Unless you're cramping and bleeding heavy you should be fine. I spotted any time my husband and I had sex. There is a lot of extra blood flow to that area that can cause it to be extra sensitive.

I had brought red bleeding at 6 wks 5 days. Not enough to fill a pad bit enough to fill the toilet paper even after 4-5 wipes.  This was followed by 2 weeks of Brown discharge. Doc said not to worry as long as the red was not accompanied by cramps and is not enough to fill a pad.  We got our first ultrasound at 7 weeks saw the heart beat and all that, and at 8 weeks they found the heart beat with a doppler. If you Google it some bleeding is quite common.
