Can I take Alkaseltzer? I don't think I spelled that right. I just feel like crap! I just found out im pregnant yesterday. If not, what is the best thing to take for flu like symptoms? I know its just baby but I really feel fluy.

My doctor told me childrens cold meds are safe to take! Like childrens cough and cold, childrens mucinex, really try to avoid any cold med with md in it!
I read alka-seltzer should be avoided because it contains asprin. Robotussin is safe to take.
