burning feet
Every night as I am trying to fall asleep, I feel like my feet are in fire. The rest of my body is fine. But I feel like my feet are burning up. Is this normal and what could I do to help it?
Just hot. It makes me so cranky because then I can't get comfortable.
Is it a hot born or an itchy burn?? If its itchy, do the palms of your hands itch too? Could be a sign of liver problems.

My whole body gets hot lol I have a fan and a/c its bad. They do sale cooling gel socks at walmart :-) Those are so comfy. Try those or even putting your feet in ice water also.
