Decreased Movement

I'm 38 weeks and 1 day. Normally she moves all day besides the early morning. Yesterday I noticed she wasn't moving much and today she's hardly moved. I know she has less room but I'm worried that it just kinda suddenly slowed down/stopped. I tried drinking soda and laying down and she moved once but that was it. Should I call my ob or is this normal?

That happened to me a week ago and my Dr said to eat and lay down to do the kick count and if the kick count wasnt good to go into l&d. I suggest you call your Dr and let him know. I had to go in bc baby didn't pass the kick count and was monitored all afternoon
