Has anyone had bacterial vaginosis during their first trimester? Any stories? Or advice until treatment?

Get antibiotics for it...While on the antibiotics, eat yogurt because it helps keep yeast infections away...it's best to wear white underwear that haven't been washed with bleach...bacteria likes moist, dark areas

I had bv and a yeast infection at 6w. I can normally tell when I have either of them but I had no symptoms whatsoever. I took the meds they gave me.. I'm hoping it cleared but I honestly have no idea. My gyn said they were common during pregnancy.. ..yay... lol

I had it in the first trimester and my doctor prescribed me an antibiotic and it went away. Just try to be diligent about staying clean and dry and if you're prescribed medication take the whole dose as directed  and it should clear up. No worries. It can come back just try to be aware of the symptoms and let the doctor know what's going on.
