I am dreading the no sleep stage again as well!   My girl was 8 months before she slept through the night.   I am terrified knowing i won't be able to nap when my newborn naps like i was able to with my first.  My little girl was a night hawk and would sleep in until 9 or 10 am after goung down really late despite my trying to get her to bed earlier.  Now she is up between 6 and 7am so i wont be able to sleep in until my newborn wakes up!    Sleep now!

I actually got plenty of sleep with my first. I slept when she slept and did fine. But with this little guy coming and having a two year old, I'm worried, haha! I'm getting all the sleep I can in preparation!

Erika, trust me it gets better i promise! Once your baby girl gains more weight (i'd say around 14 pounds) she will start to sleep wayyyy longer at night. Shes tiny now so the milk goes right through her and doesnt keep her full. My son went from waking up every 2 houra at nights to sleeping 12 hours straight!! Hes 5 months now and he started to be a good sleeper around 3 months. Hang in there, you will feel like yourself again soon.

I hope I can sleep a little once my Lil boy arrives as it stands at 34 n a half weeks and when I try to sleep he wakes up and wiggles the whole night keeping me awake and playing with my bladder. And now to top it off I've just been diagnosed with pre eclampsia so in hospital on bed rest but its sooo noisy all the time, there is no hope of sleep till he arrives and we can go home lol x

I am currently 37weeks 3days and sleep I have not a clue what that is. The days drag by cuz I'm so tired cuz I lay in bed all night tossing and turning cuz I'm so uncomfortable. I've always heard well once baby gets here u wnt get any sleep but I haven't found that true. I guess I must just have really good babies. Thus will be my third and for me I get more sleep once there born then I do at the end of pregnancy. Cuz I can get comfortable again yes I have to wake up some in the middle of the night but that beats laying in bes awake every night.

Im currently pregnant my 2nd time.
When i had my son, the first 2 months were extemely tough with sleep deprivation. I went 2 months running on 3-4 hours of sleep everyday. I felt like a zombie!! It was hard.
my son is 5 months now and hes a great sleeper finally. But i gotta do it all over again come october 2015
