This will be my 4th c-section and I'd really like to have one more. My doc is gonna let me know if it's a good idea while he's doing this c-section.

Thankfully, we have reached a time in our generation of which cesarean deliveries, no longer have a limit as they may have before! Every woman, pregnancy and delivery are different! Doctors can no longer judge future cesarean deliveries, by past cesarean deliveries! The only safe method to make a decision on safe possible cesarean deliveries in the future, is actually literally while you are on the operation table in the middle of a current cesarean delivery. The doctor can then check your uterus, muscle tone, tissues and organs (making sure there is no damage). Then he/she can properly diagnose a chance of future cesarean deliveries. I have 6 successful cesarean deliveries! I am expecting my 7th in October. I have no complications!! Best of wishes!

My mom had all 4 us by c-section and was told when she got pregnant with me that I will be her last do to the scar tissue gets weaker with every c-sections you have, but that was 26 years ago... really its up to you if you want to get your tubes tied if you want more kids then hold off

I had my first, twins via csec. Trying all natural this time. My ob told me that if I have a csec with this one that I could only have one more baby, which would be my third pregnancy. The ob..will tell most people that because the csec. cut area can only take so many times being cut before it will not heal properly. Plus a csec is considered a major surgery. And also think of the weight and pressure applied while pregnant to the ,csec scar which is weakened after each pregnancy. That's why the  obgyn will say that.

No one has technically asked me to tie my tubes but I do know that it's very high risk and life threatening after that point so I am going to tie mines.
