I had an emergency c section so the operation wasn't bad at all but waking up from anesthetic was horrible had Un control able shakes and didn't wake til over an hour after my son was born. Then they gave me morphine for the pain sobi didn't have any pain but i was in a dreamland

I bleed for 3 weeks after. Could hardly walk for a few days then when I did I walked like a snail and had to hold my hand on my lower abdomen.  Had to take strong pain killers endome for about 10 days then still regular pain killers for another week. Couldn't really do much for 4 weeks. Then started doing little things but couldn't do normal everything for 7-8 weeks.

I had a csection with my first child. The surgery itself was completely fine. Some people vomit just to give a heads up. The after effects is what was challenging. It was extremely painful to walk the next day and per my doctor I couldn't do any heavy lifting for several days. It's harder to lose the baby pouch with a csection too.

I had my first csection after giving birth 2 times naturally. I wasnt expecting it, it just happened cause my baby was breeched and the whole time I kept telling the docs something is wrong I been feeling pains they refused to do ultrasound. Anyways I just fave birth less than 2 wks ago via csection. It was honestly the most scariest thing for me,  I didnt feel anything and I was walking fine the second day yes its painful and like I said it was only 2 wks ago but it still feels sore and its starting to itch now. Csection wasnt my choice but next time I get pregnant would I ever choose that. The answer is No way!!!!! Good luck mama.

I will be having my 4th csection ib june honestly it is not that bad in my opinion the surgery is not painful the epidural is the worst part for me. I also havent really had issues with the recovery i only had to stay 2 days in the hospital wirh my last one and returned to work after 4weeks.

I have had 4 c sections it all depends not tryna scare you my first one was horrible I was 18 all my other c sections was great but my last c-section I had this pass Jan was AMAZING BUT I ALSO got my tunes tide so because of that my recover is longer and it is painful to walk but usually by the 2nd day you should be up and walking around the hospital. Don't go in there scared because you will panic go in there clear mind just remember at the End you will be holding your bundle of joy. All c sections are different but I must say you WON'T Feel a thing.

Also when you go they out you on a catheter than roll you to the OR and give you an epidural as well as a strong pain med. It put me to sleep after seeing my son. I woke up in recovery. I had a long recovery due to an extremely high blood pressure about 3 hours.

Painful recovery just getting up to wall was a workout. the incision was itchy after healing and hard not to scratch. Other than that it took me a good couple to a few weeks to get back to normal movements.
