c section

Ive been booked in to have a c section and am just wondering what extra things anyone would recommend to take? Am a tad worried

Comfy lose clothing and underwear i personally wore what the hospital gave me for the first few days wipes they didnt let me wash for a few days so anything to stay clean or feel refreshed

Loose yoga pants to go home in, slip on shoes with no laces, i advise against the belly band until your staples are out.

Really comfy underwear!! Something preferably that goes well above your incision. Anything that sits to close or on it will be very uncomfortable/a little painful.

Oh Yeh and really lose fitting pants nothing low cut or tight.

I'm taking a belly band/belt. You use it to Velcro around your belly and scar it helps keep you together and heal better and walk easier etc.

Take something commfy to go home in like sweats and a T-shirt some slippers something to keep houself amussed oh and if you don't have them some higher cut underware so your c-section  fight is covered. I hope that helped some.
