Back pain

What are some ways to help back pain. I've been having a lot of pain on and off today and it's driving me crazy. I'm 33 weeks btw

I can't stand the heating pad it makes me to hot! So I use icy hot and warm baths and Tylenol!  I wish I got pain meds sometimes cause I get so stiff I can hardly walk in the mornings!  I've always had back problems cause my boobs r big since 13yrs old! I'm 25 wks now and I can't sleep cause it hurts to lay down! Big boobs and belly ugh!

I take warm baths, use heat backs, lay on my side with a pillow between my legs, but I'm on  pain meds because mine is so bad.

I'm 15 weeks and my hips hurt so bad I couldn't walk, I get my husband to rub my back, I have a hot shower and the heat pk

Back pain is so yucky! I liked to get down on the floor and lay flat for a bit. I felt like my back just needed that since it was carrying so much weight out in front. It felt so good to put my hands under my tailbone and stretch things out. Never found anything that got rid of the pain completely but that was some relief for me at least. Hope you find what works for you!

Having to sleep in my recliner was helping but now its like the pain is crazy awful and only getting worse. I'm 32 weeks 4days. A heating pad helps but pain soon comes back. Try pillows, propping legs up when just sitting around, massages.
