I think its fine if you can balance it with healthier meals too. Obviously it would be great if all pregnant women only ate the most nutritious, healthy, organic food possible... However, we're hormonal hunger machines! I just plan my junk food treats, rather than having unhealthy food in the house all the time, I'll buy one chocolate or chips and that's all I can have no matter how much more I want.

If you have gestational diabetes or other risk factors however, it might be a different story...

I'm literally eating cotton candy right now.. and I go through a couple bags of salt & vinegar chips every week lol!!

up until now junk has at least kept me settled, but I'm 10 weeks.. baby is healthy.. and I finally got something for nausea. now hopefully I'll be able to eat more healthy.. I have managed to eat chicken noodle soup, I had a sub today (wow!), yogurt, fruit, dry cereal, OH.. and sour stuff like lemon heads & gummy worms helped.. and I've been able to eat "good food" other than that..

I'd say enjoy it, but of course try to fit something nutritious in there.
good luck!! (((: ❤
