Bleeding, spotting and cramping are some physical symptoms of placenta previa. I am 18 weeks now and was diagnosed at 13 weeks. My doctor said in most cases it corrects itself. I go for jan ultra sound next week so I hope it's gotten better. ...I haven't spotted for a couple weeks so hopefully that's a good sign. If you suspect it try to take it easy and  no intercourse, but you should consult your doctor to find out for sure. Good luck!

I had placenta previa and i bled until i was 18 weeks 4 days and the blood clots kept getting bigger i lost my baby january 16th 2013 of this year. Bed rest and ask the doctor to keep you in to prevent you from what happened to me. Its hard to lose a child. Im now blessed with a baby girl due dec 9th. Good luck

Physically yes if you bleed, but an ultrasound will have to confirm that you have pervia to diagnosis to bleed . I had complete pervia at 18 weeks and my placenta has moved since.
