I am st 10 wks and feel the same way, eating light In the morning but can't seem to get full as the day goes on. I can normally keep down a bagle inthe morning and snack on fruits/veggies so later in the day I increase my protein (cheese, yoghurt, hard boiled egg cottage cheese, anything with pb, chocolate milk) and closeto bed something like a half or whole pb banana or jelly sandwitch which helps so I don't wake up starving at 2am

Up until i was 13 weeks. I was eating like a cow i never felt full. I ended up snacks on baby carrots cuz theyre harder to chew takes longer to eat and healthy. But as soon as i hit 13 weeks i went back to eating normal it was weird haha
Yes I snack on cheese sticks n such but geesh its like I havent eaten one single thing :-(
Do you have little things you can snack on? Like cheese crackers? I eat fiber one bars every now and then. Some fruit, like bananas and grapes. Just a few ideas. I know that feeling all too well.
