can't sleep!!!

can I use a heating pad when I sleep. but I really can't sleep at all I toss and turn every night.  I'm 28 weeks pregnant and I do have asthma.  I went to the hospital yesterday cause of it. but tonight I can't sleep for nothing.  my lower back hurts and below my belly button hurts I feel like I'm having cramps.ugh who is up that can give me advice

I really don't know about heating pads but maybe you could try some yoga poses? Google yoga for pregnancy, there are tons of sites you can have a look at. Whenever I have physical pain that I can't take a medicine for, I turn to yoga. It's a lifesaver

I'm not really sure but I've always heard that you could use a heading pad to relax your body but only for short amount of time do to over heating you and your baby.
