Drink apple juice during the day it'll keep your baby awake, so she and yourself will be able to sleep  much better at night....

My daughter was the same way! My doctor told me between like 22 weeks until 27 weeks they are most active because they are little have have the space. The bigger they get the better it gets because they run out of room. So, my daughter moves and the kicks and turns are harder but not as often/repetitive. Putting a pillow under my stomach at night worked for me until I bought my body pillow and that was heaven sent! She went right to sleep. Music worked too! Try playing classical lullabies. I found some on YouTube and put my cellphone by my stomach...it worked!

Awww lucky for me my baby knows when I'm sleeping. It's either that or I'm just dead asleep and can't feel him move at night. But once I open my eyes there he is kicking and moving away.

How far along are you? Im 2 days away from 22 weeks and my baby is most active at night when im about to go to bed and during my sleep even sometimes really early in the morning but she doesn't seem to disrupt my slumber. Does it get worse if youre further along?

My first was like that he was active no matter what time of day. Im fortunate that I'm a heavy sleeper so it never really bothered me once I was asleep. falling asleep was a pain though.
