Always peeing at night cuz. I'm always thirsty

Hey all
I'm 8 weeks pregnant and I am always thirsty at night when I lay down ready to go to sleep
I will wake up 6 times during the night to go pee, I haven't had a full night sleep for at least a month
I don't mind it just that I wake up thirsty and thatmakes me neneed to go. Again soon after
Is there anything that I can do / take that will stop this

I'm always thirsty and make tons of bathroom runs. Unfortunately, it didn't ease up for me in the 2nd trimester and I've started my 3rd trimester this week, still the same. I have a big habit of using the restroom and then drinking more water before I get back in the bed. I guess I've just become accustomed to it. :/

I also was doing the same in the first trimester. Start drinking your water, and lots of it all through the day & into the evening. That might help the need to drink more in the night. Don't deny yourself when you're thirsty because that water is going to the amniotic fluid so that's why we need to drink like 60 to 80 oz a day

Nope! All normal! It's because you have so many hormones in your body right now.  It will calm down in second trimester (if you're anything like me) then come back with a vengeance in third. Lol I'm 40+2.  I wake up in the middle of the night sometimes sweaty & CHUG bottled water.  I'm also up peeing all night.  Try getting your 4Liters of water in early in the day so your body is well hydrated before bed & you don't have to drink so close to bedtime.  It won't stop ALL midnight potty runs, but it will cut  down on a few trips.
