I took my prenatal vitamins for about 2 weeks in my first trimester but it made me feel sooo nauseous each time. Never took any since. I do, however,  take flinstones vitamins here and there. If you cant take vitamins, then i suggest you have a very healthy diet. Stay away from soda, fried foods, and too much sweets. I try my best to eat home cooked, wholesome food everyday.

They make prenatal gummies that are really easy in the belly. You can but them in any grocery store or target and they are wonderful. I had a weak stomach to vitamins even before getting pregnant and those work great

I keep trying to mentally tell myself I can take them but get really sick as well. I'm like afraid to take them at this point. Any how I bought some gummie vitamins and I also take folic acid. I'm not sure if it helps but I'm assuming it's better than nothing at all.

I couldn't take any with my first and I can't this tint with my second either. They make me crazy sick too. Both babies healthy and great. I just make sure I eat lots of red meat and fresh veggies too keep all levels up. Don't stress about it. It's not worth it!
