advice plz

Plz don't judge me, I'm trying to quit smoking cigs, is the e cig aka the vapor ones a safe alternative to be winged off? I heard they are because they don't have as much harmful chemicals as cigaretts

Yes, it should be a better option. Especially if you take the liquid without nicotine. But if you don't, watch out not to use it more frequently cos here you have always one cigarette in your hand so you don't have the feeling of finishing with one when it burns out. Anyways, l recommend it, it's healthier and it doesn't smell like the normal ones. You can also choose the flavors and take few liquids so you can change and make it more interesting than normal cigarettes.

I'm hoping the vapor helps me quit all together. N idk of any risks or what it can do to baby that's y I ask. I just know I need to quit but it's a bit difficult

my husband has been using one for 3 years - he actually prefers it to cigarettes. I do think it is better to use than ciggarettes while pregnant, but do think the baby could still have side effects. you are still using nicotine and might still be some oxygen deprivation for the fetus when you are inhaling the vapor.
it is a good first step. and if you are tempted to smoke after the baby is born -the e cigs are way better than going back to smoking.
