I've had it 2 weeks and woke every morning with terrible pins and needles and cramp in both hands,in 1st week it went away after an hour or so but for last week it's got worse and lasts ages leaving my hands and wrists aching, numb and tingling all day. Just wondering if anyone knows anyway to relieve the pain abit?? I've tried ringing my midwifes an gp last few days with no response!! I actually feel like chopping my hands off lol

Wear soft splints at night and while doing daytime tasking. Avoid elevating your hands above heart while you sleep and there are stretches you can do. Your Dr could recommend a physio to work with. Mine was bad around 18-30 weeks and has improved. I rarely need the splints anymore.
