carpal tunnel

I have 3 weeks left and i have been experiencing carpal tunnel. Doc said its normal due to more fluid and pressure on my nerves from the baby. Ihave been taking tylenol and using ben gay. My dad got me a copper bracelet which is used to reduce inflamation..works well! Anyone else going tbrough this and if so any tips to get rid of the pain ??

I never heard of anyone getting this during pregnancy... i feel horrible for people who go through this all the time.

My hand was cramping up in the morning and when I went to bed at night time. I only wear my hand brace when I'm sleeping. It did help with the cramping when i woke up, but my fingers have been numb since week 21. :-/ and it most likely won't go away until the pregnancy is over.

Ive had it my entire pregnancy. So bad that a thumb and of my fingers are either jammed or very stiff. It helps me to soak them in warm water and move them around. And I sleep with my left hand wrapped in an ace bandage. Im left handed. Go figure. It'll be over soon though I'm due next Friday.

Mine started around 7 months, and it hasn't gotten better.  I've read that pineapple juice is helpful to reduce inflammation, but I've just started. The braces I bought were no help, so the only thing I've found to help is to increase your water intake to keep your body flushed out

I get it where those 3 fingers are numb but I get it all through my arms way worse on the left side I use a heat pack to try help with the pain. Don't think there's a lot that can be done :(
