carpal tunnel...

I'm 37+5 and have been having carpal tunnel like symptoms in both of my hands. It's gotten worse this past month and would like to know if any one else has experienced the same thing..if so...what did you do to relieve the pain?

I am 39 and 1 and have the same....U can use ice too it is annoying

My fingers are still stiff sometimes but it really helps with my wrists

Mine is horrible and I don't get relief. I haven't tried the brace. I'm thinking I should. Anyone also have high bp readings with carpal tunnel?

I have a his now. I'm only 25 + 3 but I seem to have gotten it under control. I use wrist braces at night, and get pregnancy massage that help with circulation.
