Sleeping

Have any of you ladies experience trouble sleeping? Im just over it. I thought being pregnant you sleep allllll the time.

I tried Benadryl and it worked but not only did I knock out but the baby does too .. Just be prepared it you don't feel your baby often is because she's sleeping as well

I'm in the same boat.. I can't sleep seems like I can't find my spot on my bed.. tossing and turning all night .. during the day Im super sleepy and I could sleep for hrs durning the day  but I know how you feel

Try different types of pillows...the expensive ones aren't always great. I have Walmart ones and ones specific for pregnancy and it all depends on the day what's comfy.
Also you misunderstood like everyone...you don't sleep alllll the time, you just feel like you should be cause you're so friggin exhausted!!! They weren't clear on that one!! Lol
Just sleep when you can. My doctor said gravol is safe to help sleep as well.

I have the worst insomnia EVER!!! Doc recommends benadryl or Unisom. Both are safe. It works for me sometimes but not others. Depends. Also try cutting out caffeine completely and coming up with a relaxing bedtime routine.
