Chicken pox isn't that common now because kids usually get the vaccine for it. Not sure where you're from though. That's how parents prevent their children from getting it. My sons daycare teacher got it from an unvaccinated child but he still didn't get it because i got him vaccinated. So that seems like your best bet!
Vaccinate. Chicken pox is so uncommon now thanks to the vaccine. Many daycares/schools will not allow your children in without the vaccine.
I have them vaccinated but even though they are they still have a chance of getting it
Neither if my kids have had them, they are 8 and 6 now and have had the vaccine, it's still possible to get them. I had a friend whose child just had them a week ago or so.
All three of my kids are vaccinated against it. My son however did develop chicken pox from the vaccine but it was very very mild and pretty rare to get it from the vaccine. In most cases chicken pox isn't life threatening just uncomfortable. If your child gets it don't freak out. Just take them to the doc and keep an eye on them.
Wishes I know it's nothing serious unless the child has a poor immune system and both of my kids are really healthy they are 5 and almost 4 im mainly worried about my self due.to the fact that I know he older you are the worse you get them and I am 24 and I have never had them before
