is my due date correct

My last period was between December 10-17. My doctor estimated my due date was September 27 at my first ultrasound which doesn't correspond with the date of my last period. Keep in mind these are navy doctors.  I'm just trying to figure out if that duedate is correct or not.

My last period was dec 17th....due sept 23rd. At my first ultrasound(12weeks) he said sep 28th is more accurate via ultrasound but there's no reason to change the original due date.

we don't all ovulate at the same time during the month. They initially go by last date of menstrual cycle but then they also use your first u/s to help determine and narrow down the date. So even though you're dealing with the Navy Corpsemen, it's still could be the right date.

Some navy doctors are not as good as civilian doctors.  The due date calculators are saying that my due date is a weekor two earlier than what the doctor told me

Yes they start from the day of your last period. That sounds about right, and what's wrong with Navy drs?
