clary sage oil?
So I'm 39 weeks and 4 days and have been in labor over the past 2 days, in and out of the hospital because I am not dilating fast enough for them to keep me but still having the constant contractions. I know my baby girl will eventually come on her own but I was told that clary sage oil if you put a little on your stomach with a carrying oil it will help with somewhat speed up the dilation with contractions. So another words help labor along but not start labor. I was wondering if anyone has had any experiences with this or knows of anyone that does? I'd like to stay another's natural as I can and not have to be put on anything to help my dilation and to help with the constant contractions I've been going through. Thanks so much ladies!
