coffee betrayal

So I get a half caffeinated coffee from either stabucks or dunks....and I'm guilty of getting all the yummy flavors....the last couple of days though they have been giving me a really gross feeling in my head and sinus area....similar to a hangoverish feeling that I get from drinking diet sodas (have been staying away from those)....it's hard to explain kinda feels similar to getting water up my nose....:(

Anyone else get the same feeling?

Tea helped me alot..then the tea helped me get onto water. I use to be a coffee in the morning coka cola at night girl but it gets easier and once you start changin ur diet for pregnancy your body starts to get use to it n like stuff too. Never though id crave water or anything healthy...lol. but you dnt have to deprive yourself completely now and then a little caffine is ok. Good luck :)

I had to a avoid coffee at all costs in the early days. Tried half caffeinated, couldn't stand it!! Eventually I gave up & started to drink chai with milk but eventually that made me sleepy in the morning. When I was able to tolerate coffee again, I only drank half a cup. Take it easy. Slow down or cut it our completely for a while if you have to. It's worth it.

Yeah I have been really drinking lots and lots of water during the day...but since I can't have water when I'm sleeping that actually makes a lot of sense!

For Me It's Not What I'm Drinking, It's The caffeine. Even Half Decaf Half Regular Is Too Much. MaybeTry  Some More Water Before You Indulge. Sounds Like There Might Be A Bit Dehydration Going On
