coffee.

Is coffee really bad while pregnant? I have a coffee every day. I get major head aches when I try not to drink coffee.

I have always had 2 cups max of coffee/tea everyday. Anything else is decaf.

Coffee is Ok in moderation. My sisters friend drank way too much and went into pre term labor and had her baby super early.  So just limit yourself to one a day and you should be fine.  :)

I have a cup of coffee every morning. Too much tylenol is bad for your liver, so I would rather drink coffee then to have to take tylenol everyday to keep the migrane away.

I definitely do not agree that taking Tylenol everyday is better for you than drinking a cup of coffee. I drank coffee and pop through all 3 of my pregnancies and all my babies have been completely healthy. Just don't go overboard or drink energy drinks which contain a lot of caffeine on top of all kinds of other unhealthy stuff.

I have drank coffee with every pregnancy 1 cup every morning...I would rather drink coffee than take tylenol everyday..all of my babies are healthy & happy & very smart.....they done studies on Tylenol with moms that took it everyday compared to moms that didn't...& the ones that had tylenol everyday had ADD ADHD....u can Google it...prolonged Tylenol intake is not the best..& I would not take it everyday for a headaches instead drink u a cup of coffee..

I drank a lot of coffee throughout my pregnancy. 2 big cups a day usually during the second trimester. The third trimester I slowed down a bit, to about one cip bit I am 37 weeks now and my baby is perfectly healthy. Its mostly a risk in the beginning. Try hard to stick to about one cup until about 16 weeks.

Agree.

Caffeine reduces headaches, but try taking tylenol. Ask your doc first, just in case!

If you really like the coffee flavor, try having decaf instead of normal coffee.

I was just like you. I loved coffee and drank like 5 cups a day. But since I got pregnant, the only smell of it makes me sick.

A cup or two of regular coffee is fine, you can have to 200 MG (I believe) a day

Stimulants are the most risky in the first trimester.  Headaches are common in pregnancy, my dr said I could take traditional Tylenol. Nothing with decongestants though!
