Limit it. And Starbucks has twice as much caffeine as other coffee so be aware of that. Too much caffeine can cause low birth weight.

I was so afraid because I didnt know that im pregnant ... usually I drank 1 small cup of coffee ....

I have some every few days, but rarely even two days in a row and it has been fine. Just watch how much. Everything in moderation.

I haven't had any caffeine since I found out I was prego. My Dr told me a cup was fine. But who wants just a cup, and a zip here and there of soda. So I  just gave it up it's only for a little while then we can have it again:) best wishes.

I was told no coffee at all by my dr! :( I have had a cup on iced coffee maybe like 5 times and I'm 8 months pregnant. Miss it :(

I drink coffee or pop once in a while. It's fine. As long as you aren't having like 500 mg daily. The baby will go thru withdrawals like with any "drug."

I drink folgers half calf and usually have 2 cups every morning. That's the only caffeine I drink though, very rarely will I have a soda and never finish it all. I think 2 cups of regular is the okay amount. :-)

Either 2 cups of coffee OR 3 cups of tea in a day I have been advised.
