Having coffee every once in awhile is OK, but choosing decaf is even better
I switched to folgers half caff and enjoy my coffee every morning +2 cups+ that's the only caffeine I have though.
Some women drink coffee everyday. Its not recommended to have more than a cup. I personally have stopped coffee and one cup once I could feel movement kept the baby up all day. I still had tea and chocolate, however if you get heartburn down the road, caffeine makes it worse just so you know.
1 cup of coffee daily wont do harm..... I personally switched to decaf.
