coffee?
I am into week 5 and wanted to know if it is ok to drink coffee? I only drink water the rest of the day no other caffeinated drinks so I didnt know about my one cup of coffee in the morning?
They say to limit you caffeine intake as much as you can but one drink will not hurt you :-)
Only 200 mg of caffeine a day. Includes tea and soda
