My secondy daughter who i drank more than enough coffee with every day who i didnt take my perinatal vits with bec they made me gag and who i ate cold meats with came out 9.1 pounds and is extreamly smart and very very advanced for her age and not one health problem shes 9 months old and 24 pounds. Im now 20 weeks with our third child and i do not plan to change to being a stickler again im not saying drink a gallon a day lol but seripusly dont be afraid to drink 8 oz twice a day i do it with this baby because i get super bad headaches and the dr said it will be fine if thats what eases my headaches ;)

If I don't have my coffee mommy isn't happy. Caffeine is my least concern while pregnant. I had a bad pregnancy my first one and went by the book. This time I'm more relaxed about pregnancy and as long as it's not dangerous to me or my little guy I don't see an issue. Plus none of my doctors seem too concern about me drinking coffee. They ask and I tell them the truth that I drink it.

When I was pregnant with my first I craved coffee which was weird because I never like it before. I drank a venti frappuccino everyday the caffeine content of it is very low my doctor said it was fine. With this pregnancy my doctor told me no caffeine of any sort so I had to drink decaf :(

I drink about 2 cans of soda a week and usually have a decaf iced coffee or 2 a week as well ( just not in the same day) . As long as your under 200 mg of caffeine a day ( and your dr hasnt put you on any other restrictions) your fine!

I drink half of a cup of regular coffe daily. Plus my mid day piece of dark chocolate. It's the only things helping with headakes and diziness. My doctor actually reccomended it since i have low blood presure and diziness is quite bad some days.

Why be worried?  Coffee is not the thing to be careful of, caffeine is!  And you got decaf so it's all good.  Go enjoy another cup but just keep your daily caffeine intake below 200mg!  :-)

I drink decaf since I know I'm pregante. I'm high risk so I don't take a chance but one regular coffee is 200 mg of cafeine and it is ok. Just make just that you don't get too much cafein from other thing like soda and chocolate.

I am on baby #4 and the only way to alleviate my continuous morning sickness is to have my morning cup of coffee. all my babies have turned out just fine.

Your allowed to drink abt a cup of coffee everyday. I think it's 200 MG per day ir so but adds up to a cup. But that includes all ir caffeine intake. But since u don't drink that on a regular bases. Ur fine.
