cold sores??

I have never had cold sores in my life. I am 12 weeks pregnant with my first child...and cold sore. Someone I talked to at work said it was a symptom of pregnancy. What the heck?? Anyone know anything about this?

I had the same thing happen! it showed up the day after I found out, actually! never before in my life have I had one! and im only 4wks or so. really hope this isn't a reoccurring thing :(

Ask your dr about valtrex! It's a wonder drug and safe during pregnancy.

Definitely is normal I had one in my second trimester. Just take care of it and everything will be fine

You might have been carrying the cold sore virus all along but it just came out because your body is under so much stress.

I had experienced that in my early pregnancy as well I do believe it's normal

Hormones pregnancy brings out a lot of things that never occurred before.  Get some abbrevia it will go away
