I wouldn't get the green tea frappaccino. Green tea isn't recommended during pregnancy because it inhibits your folic acid absorption. Also, that's one thing they cannot make decaf. It's made with a matcha (crushed green tea) powder. You can have the other creme frappaccinos though. If you have Starbucks questions, message me. I worked there for five years, lol.
Caramel apple spice! It's just apple cider basically. It's delightful.
I ment to say if you were drinking the pot of coffee by yourself.
You should stick to the lighter roasts. And I normally drink a Grande or Vente Coffee Frapachino with Whip Cream every other day (I'd get it more often like I did for my first two kids if I had my car).
After 2 kids I will tell you that uness you are drinking a whole pot of Colombian roasted coffee, than your fine. The baby will be perfectly fine with a large cup of coffee from home or a Venti size from Starbucks. Just no shots of espresso. It won't hurt your baby I promise. And yes you can drink it daily. This was confirmed by the doctors and midwives at the hospital I go to.
They can make almost anything decaf.
Anything that has 200mg of caffeine ot less no more than that per day. At least that's wgat my doctir recommens to us pregnant women.
Can I drimk the green tea frap dr assistant said no herbal teas .?????
Even though the Starbucks site says the average amount of caffeine in their drinks these numbers do vary widely depending upon when the coffee is brewed. Some of those drinks have been found to have twice as much caffeine as they claim so if your gonna get something pick something with an already low amount of caffeine
I love frappacinos, but I only drink it once a month and decaf since I'm pregnant
Green tea also has lots of caffeine.
You can get any coffee/espresso drink made with decaf.
Go to Starbucks' website. You can check the caffeine content on all you're favorite drinks. March of Dimes recommends 150-300 mg of caffeine per day, which does allow for a cup of coffee. Just be aware that some food, like chocolate, contains caffeine too.
For coffee drinks Only the "tall" sized, and just one a day
Passion iced tea. Decaf and calorie free
Doctors say one or two cups of regular coffee is fine. I drink one 12 ounce decaf latte a week. It's up to what's right for you and what your doctor tells you.
