confused on Braxton hicks
So far I have had "Braxton hicks" contractions. 3 times every 10mins. I'm 28wks I'm not sure if this is normal or not I'm monitorning myself but wants sum adivice frm u guys.
I'd call the doctor just to be on the safe side.
Braxton hicks contractions to my knowledge do not hurt. Labor contractions will feel like menstrual cramps in ur lower abdomen. I used to get BH contractions all the time with my first pregnancy and it would come and go and never hurt.
I had BH like that with my one year old and I monitored myself, as well so I would have a reference guide to go by to tell the difference between those and actual contractions. Most women say u can tell the difference but I honestly couldn't. I'm sure ur fine and there's nothing wrong with keeping track.
