constipated and diarrhea

I'm 11 wks pregnant with my first child. For a few weeks i.was constipated for a few weeks, i was able to go here and there but not much. now for the past week i have had diarrhea. It started off soft and now is like water. Now i am very worried. I dont know if its because i was so backed up or because i did stop taking my nausea prescription. My last u/s was when i was 6 weeks and the baby had a 160 bpm. I dont have my next appt. Until Thursday. I really didn't want to go into er because i have already went twice already for previous worries. I google things too much and then drive myself crazy!

Just be sure to overload with water, you don't want to dehydrate yourself, drink lots of juice too, Gatorade, don't let your electrolytes drop, you should be fine till your next app if you keep that up.

Which prenatal pills do u take. Mine are SE natal 19. Not sure if that is the cause. I had constipation when I was on my nausea pills and the diarrhea started right when I stopped taking them

Its common i suppose may be a lil tmi but when i go initially its a struggle then likr water at the same time its annoying i think its my prenatals but i hope something gives im 10wks plus 2 days and its been like this since i started the prenatals
