Avacado is a constipation reliever, and anything high in fibre.like oatmeal or weatbix
Watermelon always helps me :)
Dried dates. They work wonders! Just eat a couple a day.
Lots of water, increased ruffage, walking. There's a tea my midwife recommended called "smooth move", you can pick it up at the grocery store. Plus prune or Apple juice. Pregnancy constipation is the worst!
I'm trying everything myself it's so uncomfortable.
I make fruit and vegetable smoothies with almond milk and kefer yogurt. Been doing this since 20 wks and as long as I drink it every morning I'm good to go the next day. Oh I'm 32 wks now lol.
I ate shredded wheat and also drank peppermint tea
