constipation (tmi)
I'm constipated (tmi) and Was wondering if I can take ducolax or something similar? I'm about 10 weeks and I drink water because that's all I can keep down due to morning sickness.
What about decaf coffee? Coffee makes me go. I've tried Greek yogurts and I doesn't make me go
My doctor told me to eat some Greek yogurt and when I eat it in about 10 minutes honestly I use the bathroom try it....
I know colace is safe and that is what I take
