You need more fiber in your diet, and plenty of water. Greens, raisins etc.

Milk of magnesia will make you go
A small cup of hot coffee, and lots of water with lemon.
Peppermint tea is supposed to help. I drink metamucil when it gets bad. Or make/buy a green juice with so many green vegetables inside. That makes you go!
Drink a hot beverage on an empty stomach. That's all that worked for me. Laxatives don't even work on me this pregnancy. I drank a cup of hot cider and it seemed to move things right along. Nice finally being able to poop after months of fighting constipation.

ITS EXPECTED. JUST DRINK LOTS OF WATER. YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE TO TAKE ANYTHING.
