Quite tracking prenatal! They constipate me like that so bad dr said i could take a regular vitamin without iron plus another for folic acid for awhile to help instead of taking prenatal
Lots of water and greens like salad. If that doesn't work talk to your dr. About taking a stool softener or discuss about your prenatal vitamins.
Increase your water intake and add fiber to your diet. I take metamucil and the dr has me take Colace twice a day which is a Stool softner. I went through the same thing and I was sick and in pain and miserable. Additional fiber, water and colace made a HUGE difference.
take some Metamucil It helps
I was like that last week. Took milk of magnesium. Take it at night and when you wake up in the morning you'll go!
Do not stop taking your prenatal. Intake mine everyday and I am regular.
Try eating more fiber, increase your water intake, and try prune juice mixed with apple juice. If that doesn't work try colace. Talk to your doctor before you do even though it is an approved medication your doctor may have other ways to relieve constipation.
I take milk of magnesia or ducolax it helps a lot. I have tried everything and that is all that works for me.
I take smooth move capsules n drink lots of water
How far along are all of you? I just now started feeling constipation and I'm 12 weeks. I never had this issue with my other two pregnancies.
Milk of mag. It is cramp free and thats what i use.
FiberOne bars, popcorn, and broccoli. I had the same problem but I eat one bar a day and added the others to my diet and I'm getting back regular. Im 35 weeks.
Maybe switch your prenatal. Drink more water, eat more fiber, and if your doctor okays a stool softener. I have this problem but I switched to a prenatal from whole foods and it's getting better.
I'm 20 weeks. I've had 5 kids and this is by far the hardest pregnancy ever
Prunes or prune juice does the trick. Drink lots of water too.
