The pseudoephedrine in the claritin d is really what will help with your headaches the most. I suffer from chronic sinus headaches and have taken pseudoephedrine as needed through pregnancy. As long as its not taken excessively, its fine.
1000mg MAX per day. And I was told nothing at all after 30 weeks
Try a neti pot. Tylenol isn't really going to do anything for a sinus headache since its your sinuses that are the problem. Clearing out and moistening your sinuses can help a lot.
^agreed. Try home remedies : ) I always find them more effective anyways, haven't taken Tylenol or others in years!
Yes that's too much.. I don't understand why you taking so much stuff..the generic acetaminophen 6 tabs depending on dosage and how many hours spaced is ok.. btw every 4-6 hrs you good but the cold meds you shouldn't be taking.. claritin D since it was prescribed ok.. but I really hope you not taking all those at once aka all together meaning all within same day.. the cold pills is a nono period.. due to the different chemicalsin them.. tea an lemon bed rest or home remedies sore throat lemon juice an honey.. or both in tea.. I'm a pharm tech I'm not supposed to give advice about meds or even the mechanisms of different medications but if you was supposed to take cold meds the doctor would have prescribed them to you.. stick with the acetaminophen an charitin's feel better.. an go to your local pharmacy speak to a pharmacist I guarantee he could help.. also let him know your expecting if you not showing a lot.. Goodluck feel better..
