contractions wow!!

Been contracting now for over 24 hours and my waters still haven't gone and my god are the contractions getting painful. Takes my breath away. Without my waters going are the contractions doing anything or am I in a whole lot of pain for no gain xx

be careful I was in labor like that for a while with my daughter I dilated only 4 centimeters but my water never broke aNd the contractions we're so painful and they told me in the hospital that I have been in labor too long so they did a c-section come to find out I had a bandles ring which they cannot detect during a sonogram the only time they know someone has one is if they get a c-section a bandl's ring only let you dilate to a for

I'm seven days today and my contractions vary from between eight minutes and then jumps to anything like eleven or fifteen. The contractions are so strong now it makes me shake with adrenaline

My doctor told me that those intense contractions are helping your cervix open up.  I was 1 cm for a really long time and had a long labor.  Now, if you start to get contractions close together like 5 or less minutes consistently, go to labor and delivery even if your water hasn't broken. They broke my water at the hospital with both of my pregnancies.  good luck
