Can you have them on just one side & what's it mean if they come every 5 mins for hour and half then slow way down? 36 weeks does this mean im guna have my son soonish possibly???

I am 40w 2d and was having contractions that dilated me to 4 cm.then they stopped. You are definitely making progress :-)
