Yeah the yoga ball helped me alot. It helps to bounce up and down or just move from side to side.
I'm 25 weeks and I been dealing with the same pain since about 12 weeks .. :(
If possible buy a big yoga ball and sit on that and gently bounce up and down
Well, I thought I was the only one I'm 28 weeks and I feel the same way I can't even open my legs to get off my bed.
