so i am dialeted at one cm and having constant horrible contractions doctors are not doing. anything.. my last pregnancy i had a emergency csection. has anyone else been in this situation and what happened. . my obgyn that i see is concern about my contractions but the people that deliver the baby are not
You need to wlk un and dwn a VERY steep hill... that will do the trick
I don't think there's a lot they can do until you dilate more...
